Liverpool make the one-mile journey from Anfield to face bitter rivals Everton at Goodison Park. The match takes place on April 24, with the Toffees fighting relegation and the Reds aiming for the title. This is our Liverpool predicted lineup.

Alisson Becker has displaced Caoimhin Kelleher after returning from injury. Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson are the dynamic full-back duo. Virgil van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate are the centre-backs, but Jarell Quansah has filled in a lot.
Wataru Endo is Liverpool’s strong holding midfielder. Harvey Elliott and Ryan Gravenberch played alongside him last game, but Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai are usual starters.
In the last match, rotation saw Mohamed Salah and Darwin Nunez rested. Luis Diaz played on the right, Cody Gakpo on the left, and Diogo Jota up front.
Liverpool recently beat Fulham 3-1 at Craven Cottage. This was a relieving result as the Reds had been on pretty poor form prior.
The best player was Gakpo, who thrived playing out wide despite poor form this season more centrally. His ability to drive with the ball was integral to the win. This also highlighted how Salah has been so underwhelming recently, and how Jurgen Klopp did not miss his absence from the starting lineup.
For the first time in a while, the team overperformed their expected goals (XG), which was 1.00. Clinical finishing from Jota changed this, whereas Nunez may have squandered the 72nd-minute chance that the Portuguese finished.
Comparatively, Liverpool missed an XG of 2.81 against Crystal Palace, 2.60 against Atalanta, and 2.66 against Manchester United – leading to two losses and a draw.
Unfortunately, on his first start back from injury, Jota ” felt a little bit and now we found out it’s a little bit more”. It’s only a minor injury, but “he will be out for two weeks”. The “red-hot” forward will be missed in the run-in.
Conor Bradley should be back in training “first week of May”, as per a Klopp update from April 17.
Stefan Bajcetic played 45 minutes for the U21s, so he is expected to not be available for the first-team.
Thiago Alcantara and Joel Matip are expected to be out for the season.
