Orioles closer Mike Gonzalez has been placed on the 15 day DL.  Gonzalez is 1/3 in save oppurtunities this year with his first year as a Orioles.

The Baltimore Orioles have lost another game and series.  Getting swept by the Tampa Bay Rays again,  Maybe some changes are coming.

Brian Roberts has been placed on the 15 day DL. The Orioles have brought up Justin Turner.  Julio Lugo and Ty Wigginton should see the most play time at 2nd base.

The Baltimore Orioles lost to the Toronto Blue Jays today 5-2 after Kevin Millwood through a gem of a game.  While only giving up 1 run in 7 and 2/3 innings pitched he ended up giving 4 runs the next two batter's after Miguel Tejada made an error and the Orioles continue to lose getting swept at their own place 3-0, and falling to 1-5 on the year.

The Baltimore Orioles lost the series to the Tampa Bay Rays 2-1.  With winning the rubber game 5-4.

The Baltimore Orioles lost to the Tampa Bay Rays 4-3 after Carl Crawford hit the game winning run in the 9th inning. 

The Baltimore Orioles are ready to open up the 2010-2011 season.  The Orioles will be playing the Tampa Bay Rays on Tuesday April 6th.  Get ready O's fans, it should be a great game, and even better series.

The Baltimore Orioles have lost part of their family. Pitcher Mike Cuellar passed away of stomach cancer. Mike was 185-130 with a 3.14 ERA for his career. Dave Trembley Orioles coach said he woul dtalk to him once a week in the offseason. Mike was a 4 time All-Star and led the Orioles into the World Series for 3 consecutive years. He closed out the 1970 championship with a win over the Reds in game five, and even won a CY-Young award. The Orioles also put P Koji Uehara the 15-Day DL.

The Baltimore Orioles have traded for Julio lugo from the St. Louis Cardnials for cash consideration or a player to be named.  He his probaly here jsut in case Brian Robert's back is not healthy during the season.

The Baltimore Orioles have made some decisions for Opening Day.  The Orioles 5th starter is now David Hernandez.  Felix Pie will start in left field.  Chad Moeller will not be the backup catcher to the displease of Orioles fans.  Joey Gathright has signed a minor league contract for the Orioles going back to last year's trade.
